Hello Ladies,

Great job!!! We had close to 75 riders, and all went well. A couple of
flats, but no mishaps, and everyone made it back to their cars w/o too
many wrong turns.

Thank you very much to all the volunteers, the Prince Charmings, and the
experienced riders who came out to mentor and share their expertise.

And, congratulations!! Everyone seemed to heed the warning to dress
warm. Although the sun was shining, it was nippy at the start of the
ride, and the wind did have a bit of a bite, but everyone seemed to be
well bundled up, and the bike trail did shelter us from the wind.
Thanks Bekki. That was an excellent choice for first routes.

Our next VS/Luna training ride will be in 2 weeks on January 24, so we
hope to see you all then.

In the meantime, Luna Chix are hosting a tire changing clinic next
Saturday, January 17 at Crank-2 in Pleasanton. Check out the attached
