The first Cinderella Classic Training ride hosted by the LUNA Chix and Valley Spokesmen is this Saturday, Jan 10th, roll time at 9:00 a.m. Meet at Lafayette Bart for a 20 mile ride to kick off this training series.
Please be there AND READY by 8:30 to sign in and for group orientation. Please be on time!
The weather says partly cloudy but it will be cold in the morning. Please dress in layers of moisture wicking items. You can always peel items off if you are too warm but it's hard to stay warm if you are under dressed. Keeping your torso warm helps keep the rest of you warm. It's a good idea to keep your knees covered in temps under 60 degrees. If you don't have toe covers or booties, wear wool socks. Full fingered gloves are a good idea.
These are women centric rides with some of our Valley Spokesmen men helping in their Prince Charming fashion. Come out, get in shape and enjoy the company of your fellow female cyclists.
