Join Lunachix for our 4th training ride for the Bike Against the Odds (9/16/07)

Palo Alto to Pescadero
(this is a no-drop ride, meaning we will regroup at the top of all climbs and
the bottom of
all descents).

We're riding from Palo Alto Bicycles -- meet in the parking lot in the back --
behind
University between Emerson and High St. at 7:45a.m. The ride leaves at 8am. It
is 1/2
block from Caltrain and just a couple miles west of the 101 (take the University
Exit).


We will provide route sheets as well as Lunabars. Please bring lots of water,
electrolytes,
and other snacks, a cell phone, identification, insurance info, and some arm
warmers
because it is cool on the coast.

The route has some significant climbing, so eat a big breakfast. Also, you can
buy food in
Pescadero and refill water bottles too. It will be a perfect day!!!!!
