Wow, I didn't realize I'd let the PDGA course directory get out of
date for TWO YEARS. I'm terribly sorry, folks.
Rest assured that I am working on an update now, and will hope to get
something out in the not too distant future.
Please let me know if you would like to test the new version. There's
no new features, but the course directory will be updated.
