WHAT'S NEW WITH 0.9?
1. New course directory, with 60 new courses. I've added Vermont, which didn't
have a course until now. Welcome, Vermont!
2. New copy of Pocket Toolbox. You must make sure to install all the .prc files,
including the new Pocket Toolbox!
