We are an adult training group of (sometimes coached) runners, running in and out of Palatine Illinois, for group runs and other times for specialized coached training and group races.

All American Master's Runner Howard (Howie the how) Larson, with a pr in the mile at 4:11 / masters 5:26; 5K 14:13 / masters 17:17; 10K 30:04 / masters 38:52; Marathon 2:51:28 / masters 3:24:03 is moderator and coach of this "running only" group.

All are welcome from beginers to "experts".
