Negotiations with Key Arena for moving the beginner's game inside on Sunday
have fallen through. OVERT weather buoys, observation planes & vessels
continue to monitor the North Pacific and Gulf of Alaska for indications of a
break
in the weather. I have also directed the OVERT R&D Div. to redouble their
efforts to complete an all-weather skate wheel by Sunday.

Good weather is still predicted for both Sat & Sun; so as of now we still
