Hey Duff. I hope your South Africa adventure comes through. Its funny that I'm
planning on running the Comrades in South Africa but in 2010! Its the 85th
anniversery run of the Comrades on the down hill portion. After doing well at
Pikes peak I think this would be my direction(downhill) of the run. Good luck

Hey ultra runners: Last year I took a trip outside of NorthAmerica and really
enjoyed it, so this year I am travelling to Cape Town South Africa.The race is
on the Easter weekend.I am flying out April 3 (and arrive on April 5) The race
is April 11, and returning April 13 so back in TO on April 15.Anyone interested
in keeping me company?I will be meeting some friends on April 9 so the more the
merrier.Cost for flight and accomodation is about 2000-3000 (including
