Re: OUS-l: Local and Late

Awesome idea!  Bring it on.  I can definitely use the practise.  It would
be great for crosstraining too :))

Cheers,

Gailanne

Hey all,

Is anyone interested in doing some snowshoe racing this winter? I was thinking
that we could organize a 5km to 10km race somewhere,(Ganarask a/Horeshoe Valley
perhaps), followed by a barbeque. I suggest late January.

I haven't done any running since early October. I was bucked off a horse. He
then stepped on my calf. Still hobbling around (me, that is). I am swimming and
'pool running' five or six days a week. Pool running is a great way to do low
impact cardio. I should be going back to work in a couple of weeks.

Not much local that I know of, but I ran the Huff 50k in Indiana last year and
it's a good little event in late December: http://allsportcent ral.com/EventInf

usually sells out.Good luck,VC ____________ _________ _________ __From: Pierre
