Perhaps fun runs or impromptu group runs a la Monica are the way to
go. I'd love to organize a winter fun run on the trails near
Creemore, if I can find 2 - 3 people willing to kill themselves by
packing down the 4 feet of snow on the trails (I'm in!) before the
group starts.
