Hi everyone,

Just got back from a trip up to Haliburton Forest. The trails are looking
great and I'm sure we'll be in for another great time there come race weekend.

I've decided to not run Haliburton this years, but plan to be there to assist
runners along the trail and to help out Helen in anyway possible. If you are
planning to do the 100 miler and have a pacer, I will be available to get pacers
to their runners for the night run. If you need to get your pacer shuttled out
to your meeting location, please let me know, off-the-list, in advance so I can
plan accordingly.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at Dirty Girls on August 9th.
