Growing old didn't seem to help me at Creemore last year. ECaps and plenty of
fluids do seem to help prevent cramping. Lying on the ground in poison ivy
cramping up while other runners step over you to get to the finish line isn't
fun.
Hope to see everyone at Sulphur Springs in less then two weeks.

Hey Duff.
Thanks for the advice. Most likely I was dehydrated to start the
race. I have also tried eload pills once upon a time, which helped,
so I need to prepare better for 50K races. Perhaps when I grow old,
I'll learn better? (50 in June).

product "Sustained Energy" which should be used for exercise lasting
more than 3 hours (I know I need that). You can add that to your
water.Speaking of water, I read that cramping is due to de-hyrdration
but you know you need to drink lots.
