Hi Neil.
I had wondered about driving 1.5 hours that late after a 20K.
Probably the reason you are looking for something closer to the run.
Don't worry about slowing me down, the reason Creemore has so many
hills is to slow everyone down to my speed!

won't be finished running at Sulphur until around 11pm, I won't be in
Creemore until about 1.00am.

quite sure that I was dehydrated as my urine was yellow. A runner
friend who is also a pharmacist told me tonight that he takes a
Magnesium pill twice a day when his training schedule or races
include extra long runs. He is a 2hr 35min marathoner, so it would
seem that his advice should be sound. By the way, I once asked him
for his advice on how to run 50km and longer races. His
response..."my advice to you Neil is to seek counselling"
