Hi Neil,

If your friends advice was to seek counselling if wanting to run 50km
races. What should people do if they want to run 100mi races. Ron G.
calls those marathoners a bunch of sprinters, and at 2:35 that is a
sprint.

Growing old didn't seem to help me at Creemore last year. ECaps and plenty of fluids do seem to help prevent cramping. Lying on the ground in poison ivy...
