Hi Neil,
If your friends advice was to seek counselling if wanting to run 50km
races. What should people do if they want to run 100mi races. Ron G.
calls those marathoners a bunch of sprinters, and at 2:35 that is a
sprint.
Cameron.

won't be finished running at Sulphur until around 11pm, I won't be in
Creemore until about 1.00am.

quite sure that I was dehydrated as my urine was yellow. A runner
friend who is also a pharmacist told me tonight that he takes a
Magnesium pill twice a day when his training schedule or races include
extra long runs. He is a 2hr 35min marathoner, so it would seem that
his advice should be sound. By the way, I once asked him for his
advice on how to run 50km and longer races. His response..."my advice
to you Neil is to seek counselling"
