"Roads" Scholar of the Year" is a play on Rhodes Scholar which is named
after a famous South African. Intelligent Americans get to go to
Oxford/Cambridge Unversities in the Great British Isles as "Rhodes
Scholars". Who have been Rhodes Scholars? Think Bill Clinton and Dom Repta
and there you have the joke. Also Roads is a play on Dom's famous love of
trails:)
