new trikke arrived yesterday; was scheduled for next tuesday, but go
figure. it's HUGE! sure didn't look that big in the pictures, but then
they didn't have 5'6" sized person standing next to them. the height
is a little intimidating, but guess it'll just take some getting used to.
(feels cool to be so tall!)

tried it out for a few minutes this afternoon. the street has just the
tiniest grade, so i kicked it a few times then played along to try &
get the feel as i coasted. so...how long do you think it'll take? i'm
hoping to be riding to the local marketplace in a week or so. i am
soooooo excited!
