Saturday July 25th is our next all swim at Natomas Racquet Club. We will be starting workout at 8:30 am, and the breakfast at 10:00
This is a chance for all of us to actually swim together. In case you can’t make the workout, join us for the potluck brunch at
10:00 am (bring anything you would like to share). You do not have to be a USMS member to participate in the practice.
Directions to Natomas Racquet Club Take I-5 to the Garden Hwy exit and go east. Turn left at the first stop light on Natomas Parkway. The club is half mile down
on the right.

Thursday, August 13th from 5:00-9:30pm at Mt. Tam Racquet Club, Larkspur, CA
Friday, August 14th from 5:00-8:00pm (non Video) Menlo Park, CA
Saturday, August 15th from 2:30-7:00pm at Mt. Tam Racquet Club, Larkspur, CA
Tuesday, August 18th from 5:00-9:30pm Sports West Athletic Club, Reno, NV
Friday, August 21st from 5:00-9:30pm Pannell Meadowview, Sacramento, CA
The benefits to taking an Aquatic Edge clinic are many:

Who is Aquatic Edge??
Eric Neilsen: Has been a Masters swim coach since 1991, a triathlon coach since 1999, is a certified level 4 coach by the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA), and has been Karlyn’s primary coach since 1994. Eric is also an
All-American masters swimmer, a 2:51 marathoner, competed in triathlons since 1985 and will be competing in the IM world championships in Kona this October 10th.
Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen: In her career, Karlyn has set over 212 FINA masters world records. She is the 2008, 2007 & 2004 World Masters Swimmer of the Year and was recently inducted into the International Masters Swimming Hall of Fame.
