Just had to share how wonderful earplugs are if you have not tried
them. Went for swim at lake B today and used earplugs tucked under
the cap. They were great! I highly recommend adding them to your
cold water ensemble. This time I really noticed a difference or maybe
I just finally figured out how to make them not leak.

Also - finals are next week and I'm done with the hard part on teusday
night - so if anyone has interest in swimming this week- I'd love to
celebrate the end of the quarter with a nice swim.
