Remmi, Vannessa, Isabel and Em swam at "lake" natomas this thursday
morning. The water temp was 69 in the cove near the shore and 66 out
in the middle. There is a bit of a current and the upstream trip is
slower than the downstream. Half of us swam to the island and the
other half almost to the island and back. It took us just about an
hour (not sure the distance but guessing it's close to 2 miles round
trip). We did not see any boats or anyone else out on the water - but
vanessa and isabel said I almost ran into a duck. Great swim - thanks
to all that came and hope to see you all next time - next week?
