If you are interested in swimming Natomas on thursday morning we are
meeting at the civic center pool at 6am. If you are in Sac. and would
like to join us - we should be at Natomas by 6:45 (on the east side
off of Folsom Blvd). Thinking a swim out to the island and back and if
there's time a short walk/run after.
