We are a pretty casual group and do not have regular times we swim -
yet. Generally if someone is interested in swimming they post what
they would like to do and when and then others respond and join them.

Thanks for telling us about the Folsom lake swim at 7am - I might have
to check that out soon. Does it go all year round?
