Hi Brandon,
There's a 60% chance of rain tomorrow morning, on the other hand, there's a 40% chance it won't rain. Weather forecasts are always iffy around here. I suppose I'll look out the window at 5 AM and make a decision then. If rain looks imminent or the streets are soaked, usually nobody shows. A few puddles don't deter us. We meet at Blockbuster at Roosevelt & East Avenue and leave at 5:30 promptly most Tuesdays and Thursdays. Occasionally we go other days as well. If no one has posted there's no guarantee anyone will be there. Our short route is 20 miles and will put you back in Oak Park at about 7, the long route is 25 miles, and you get back around 7:15; the Spring Rd. route is roughly 28 miles with a series of low hills and we get back around 7:30. Despite our name, our trip average lately has been about 17 MPH. That means lots of time cruising at
18-21. Our ride results are not reported
to the USCF, so we'd rather be safe than fast and will wait for people who get stuck at stoplights.

I moved to Oak Park Friday and I don't know the area well enough to go
out for a ride. Is anyone interested in a 15-20 miler Tuesday morning?
