Now in its tenth year (wow-hard to believe), Out of Bounds is a sports newsletter originating from northeast Texas, distributed via e-mail once or twice weekly. Consequently, OOB focuses on Dallas area teams. The real emphasis is on baseball, but other sports are discussed too.
