Dear Hashers,

For those of you keen to come on the Naivasha relay 1st October, we
are again going to Burches camp. They have 4 types of accomodation
which are (in order of luxury): chalet, cottage, rondavel and bring
your own tent. Details and prices are as given below.

The 4 "CHALETS" at the top of Burch's campsite, the double-storey
ones, sleep four (2 up, 2 down), with a small "living room/open
veranda" upstairs. They have hot showers, loos and sinks in the
bathrooms, plus a kitchen/eating area which is equipped with gas
rings, small fridge, all cutlery, crockery, bedding, towels, etc.
Guests just bring their food, drink and washing-up liquid! Each has
a small BBQ out front as well.

The cost for each is Shs3,000/= if 4 pax occupy (i.e., 750/= pp)
Shs2,600/= if 3 pax occupy
(i.e., 866/= pp)
Shs2,200/= if 2 pax occupy
(i.e., 1,100/= pp)
Shs 400/= for each extra
person over four pax per Chalet

5 COTTAGES
each sleeping 4 pax (2 single beds, 2 bunkbeds), with loo attached,
and an enclosed front porch.
Beds and mattresses provided; guests bring everything else.
Cost: KShs1,500/= for 4 pax + KShs200/= for each extra person
1,200/= for 3 pax
900/= for 2 pax

5 RONDAVELS
each sleeping 2 pax (2 single beds), with front porch, table & benches.
Beds and Mattresses provided; guests bring everything else.
Cost: KShs600/= per unit + 200/= for an extra person, if you wish to
squeeze in another mattress!

CAMPING
Large campsite which can accommodate any number of tents. Cost per
person: KShs200/=.

There are communal showers and loos with plenty of hot water + a
cooking/eating area as well as small barbeques at each rondavel and
cottage.

FOOD
As you may know, Low Rider and Waterloo are organising the food -
fabulous menu already prepared.

BOOKING ACCOMMODATION
Please can you let me know a.s.a.p. either at the hash or by e-mail
(joleyland@...) with subject line "naivasha relay" or
"hash" (otherwise I'm liable to delete it) what accommodation you
want and I'll assign it if still available. Everyone will pay their
accommodation directly to Burches camp on leaving but I have to
organise the list for them to prepare the place beforehand.

Also note that we're still trying to confirm the final price of the
event with the Big Hash and will get back to you very soon with a
