Dear All,

Time to stir a few more of you into action for the 300th run at Glug
Glug's place (24/25 Sep).

So far we've got the following signed up:

Captain + 3 kids
Woof Woof
Dog Turd
Kofi On On
Sexy Tum
Waterloo
Low Rider
Outrigger
Glug Glug
Mpishi Bora
Freda Norris + 2 kids
Mary Gitau

Remember it's FREE for anyone who's hashed with us at least once. The
last trip up there was fantastic - great running in the wheat fields
at 7,000 feet in cool fresh air. Glug Glug's usual hospitality,
Mike's home-cooked food, altitude-enhanced hangovers, etc etc. Don't
miss the re-run!

Glug Glug has a huge garden for camping and for those too lazy to set
up their own tent she can offer 1 tent with 2 canvas beds and
mattresses (with the option to insert 4 more beds if you bring your
own bedding). In the house she also still has 1 room available with
4 made-up beds (Captain has booked the other room).

DIRECTIONS

Drive towards Nakuru. As you approach Nakuru there are two Caltex
Petrol Stations on the Right. Immediately after the 2nd one look
for Hotel Kunste, and turn Right immediately onto the Solai Road.
Drive for approximately 14 kilometres to a fork (beware of speed
bumps - there are 3 near the beginning, 3 further on at Maili Tano,
more at Maili Sita and one just before the fork at "Maili Kumi").
Then take the right of the fork towards Nyahururu for 1 kilometre.
(There is one speed bump where Jomo Kenyatta High School is on the
left). Then look out on your right for wheat fields and a School
with Blue Windows. Immediately on the right there is the one and
only little mud kiosk and you will see Hash Signs so turn right and
follow the dirt road for 1 kilometre. (It has 2 speed bumps which
take one by surprise). Turn half right, go through an unmanned gate
for 1 more kilometre along an avenue of tall trees. Follow Hash signs.

If you want to add yourself to the list, please do so a.s.a.p. by e-
