Dear All,

We had a Mismanagement meeting last night. Of the numerous pressing
matters of state that were addressed, the ones that concern you are
as follows:

(a) The price of our drinks vouchers will be raised from 1st October
to Sh 350 per book of 10 instead of the current Sh 300. A necessary
step as the current price of two vouchers per beer (Sh 60) isn't
covering the Hares' costs. It'll still be one voucher for a soda and
two for a beer - just a change in the value from Sh 30 to Sh 35.

(b) The 300th run at Glug Glug's place on 25th September is free for
anyone who has Hashed with us at least once, but we're charging Sh
1,000 for Virgins. Just make sure you tell your mates before
recruiting them. Better still, bring them on a Hash this month and
save them Sh 1,000!

(c) The famous Naivasha Relay takes place on 1st October. This is an
86 km relay run from Karen to Hell's Gate for teams of 9. There are
varying levels of difficulty from FRB (seed 1) to crippled degenerate
(seed 9). Dog will be collecting names and as usual we hope to be
able to field two teams from ONH3. We'll be staying overnight at
Naivasha afterwards, probably in the cottages at Burch's Marina on
Moi South Lake Road. Low Rider and Waterloo will provide dinner and
breakfast for some highly reasonable fee (yet to be determined). We
also need support vehicles to accompany the teams on the route - two
vehicles are permitted per team and the Hash normally makes a modest
contribution towards fuel. Again, speak to Dog if you can drive:
