Monday's Run, #457 of 6th October 2008, will be hosted by our Religious Advisor – Dog. Expect an interesting and enjoyable run through the bushes and afterwards a swim in the pool or fish pond if you'd rather.
Directions
Get to the Loresho Road extension. To get there go up Loresho Ridge Rd. - a left off of Lower Kabete Rd.. At the top, bear right and go straight. Or take Kyuna Rd. off of Lower Kabete. If taking Kyuna you'll pass under/through a narrow yellow railroad tie structure and over four small but severe speed bumps before you get to Loresho Ridge Rd. Go straight once there. Pass the Nigerian Embassy on the left and a ways down you'll also pass a huge water tower on the left. Coming to nearly the end of Loresho but well before the Vet Labs gate, you'll see a small white sign on the right that says "Close Close". On the other side of the road to the right is an elementary school - slightly hidden in the brush. On the other side of the road is the Buddhist Center. Turn right at the "Close Close" sign then turn right again going down a steep hill to Dog's place (signs will say Savosnick). You can park along the lane or inside if any room.
In the meantime, please note that we need hares to set runs. If you have not set a run this year ( you know yourselves) please plan to do so soon. Just send your prefered date and run details on email to the Soc Sec. Red Hot on diwanjiku@...
