Monday's run number 455 of  September 22nd will be hosted by Nuisance @ his new hole in Loresho - off Loresho Ridge, behind Loresho Primary School.

Directions:

Get to Loresho Ridge either by using Kaptagat Road off Waiyaki Way at the Kangemi Bridge. Or Lower Kabete Road where you will get onto Loresho Ridge via Kyuna Road.

Once on Loresho Ridge drive to the end, past Loresho Watertower (on left). At the end, there is the Buddhist Centre on the left and the primary school on the right. Take the narrow tarmac road named Close Close opposite the Buddhist centre and just behind the school. After 200m, turn right on the murram road. Find a parking spot. First house on the right, sign by gate
