MT KENYA RUN – September 6^th, 2008

The MT Kenya run is an annual run mainly organised by the NHHH (Big hash) This year's run will be on the Naromoro trail (the old trail used before last year).  This is a challenging but interesting trail being 16km for the long and 12 km for the short

Charges: 

Sharing a twin-bed room – Kshs 3,500 each

Single room – Kshs 4,500 each

Day rate (Runners who want to come and run and go back home or seek alternative accommodation) – Kshs 1,000

Rates for singles and sharing includes: T-shirt, logistics, Refreshments on the Mountain, Dinner on Saturday, Accommodation for one night at Sportsman Arms Hotel in Nanyuki town, Breakfast and a light lunch on Sunday.

Day rates includes: T-shirt, logistics, and refreshments  up the mountain
