Monday's run number 432 of 28th April will be hosted by Carole Magondu - really we need to get this girl a real name pronto!! The run will be @ her hole in Karen.
How to get there:
From Ngong Road:-
Along Ngong Road towards Karen, past Racecourse, Past Lenana Centre, through the forest and bends and then turn left after the church on left onto Karen Road (between two Furniture Makers and Shell Petrol Station).
Along Karen Road and midway turn 2nd turn left onto Karen Plains road (same turn into Double Inn formerly Outside Inn) go through barrier and straight on, hares hole is the first gate left.
From Langata Road:-
Along Langata Road until you get to the crossroads in Karen (where its left for Karen Country Club or right for Karen Road) - turn Right onto Karen Road.
Midway along Karen Road turn right at Karen Plains Road (same turn into Double Inn formerly Outside Inn) go through barrier and straight on and hares hole is the first gate left.
Schools are closed so traffic is light and it is always nice to run in Karen so you have no excuse of not cuming!!!!
