Thank you for attending this years AGM hosted by our now new Grand Master, Dog.

 

Congratulations to the all the committee members – new and old for being elected in this free and fair elections. We are NOT taking any petitions.

GRAND MASTER (GM)  Dog

-          Directs and coordinates ONH3 Hashing.  - Schedules, sets agenda, convenes and runs all Mismanagement meetings. - Leads by example. - Vested with plenipotentiary powers. - Looks after all OHN3ers. - Is wise, fair and just.........

RELIGIOUS ADVISOR (RA)  Hang loose

-          Leads Hashers in weekly, anniversary & out-of-town run "On Ons" in the circle. - Serves as Acting GM when GM is not available. Spiritual Leader - as such awards and disciplines deserving Hashers.      

HARELINE & SOC SEC  Red Hot

-          Liaises with Hares and Hareline with regard to weekend runs or activities.

-          Ensures cohesiveness and maintains Hash spirit. - Is creative/innovative and wears red (usually).

-          Coordinates the dates, hares and venues of Monday hashes. - Ensures that venues for Monday runs are scheduled in time. - Sends the weekly information about the hash e-line. - Encourages Hashers to plan and sponsor Monday & weekend runs throughout the year. - Manages information for weekend activities. 

 

TRAIL MASTER Bumfluff/Dik Dik

-          Provides guidance to the Hares on rules of setting the run. - Ensures that there are sweepers for each run.

-          Maintain s a Hare database.- Initiates a Hare Appreciation monthly programme.  

 

RECORDER Scalded Cock

-          Registers runners & collect money for each Monday run. - Gets list of 'virgins' and 'visitors' for RA. - Liaises with Hares to hand over food money.- Liaises with Kitty Keeper to handed over  hash contributions for immediate bank deposit.- Ensures that 'virgins' are incorporated into the Hasher list. - Maintains accurate master registration list for all Hashers.- Liaises with Haberdash when hashers are are about to pass 50, 100, 150, ...etc...run.  

ASSISTANT RECORDER Glossy

-          Assists Recorder at registration.- Serves as Recorder when Recorder is not available.

KITTY KEEPER Sandy Crack

-      Banks all money collected from the runs. - Prepares annual financial report that reflect revenue and expenditures of the Hash.- Smoothens transition process of financial documents from one committee to the next. - Accounts for all Hash accounts and disbursing of funds to various committee members.  

BEERMEISTER Munchy Munchy

-          In charge of selling drinks coupons and managing that account. - Serves as beer master during down-downs.  

HABERDASH Waxed Pussy & Dashing Clit  

-          Orders Hash items for sale. - Orders anniversary/Hare shirts & mugs. - Forwards all receipts & money for Kitty Keeper for banking. - Maintains & provides a monthly inventory report of stocks. - Submits advance funds requests to Kitty Keeper for ordering items. - Accounts for money forwarded to Kitty Keeper for ordering items. - Market Hash items. - Periodically liaises with Recorder to develop a list of names of Hashers to receive anniversary/Hare gifts.  

E-observer Buggered Balls

-          Ready at any moment to reply to email requests concerning Hash.

-          Guides Hashers on the route by blowing the horn. - Assists RA in assigning Hash Shit to a Hasher at every run.
