Dear Hashers,

Monday's Run, #423 which is also the ONH3's AGM on Feb. 18th, will be hosted by our Religious Advisor – Dog. Expect an interesting and enjoyable run through the bushes and afterwards a swim in the pool or fish pond if you'd rather and also for sauna.

Directions

Get to the Loresho Road extension. To get there go up Loresho Ridge Rd. - a left off of Lower Kabete Rd..  At the top, bear right and go straight. Or take Kyuna Rd. off of Lower Kabete. If taking Kyuna you'll pass under/through a narrow yellow railroad tie structure and over four small but severe speed bumps before you get to Loresho Ridge Rd. Go straight once there. Pass the Nigerian Embassy on the left and a ways down you'll also pass a huge water tower on the left.  Coming to nearly the end of Loresho but well before the Vet Labs gate, you'll see a small white sign on the right that says "Close Close". On the other side of the road to the right is an elementary school - slightly hidden in the brush. On the other side of the road is the Buddhist Center. Turn right at the "Close Close" sign then turn right again going down a very steep hill to Dog's place (signs will say Savosnick). You can park along the lane or inside if any room.

Our Hash is a fully transparent Hash, so we hold an AGM once a year. Come and listen about how the Mismanagement uses your registration money and tell us how they can improve performances. Also come ready to vote idealistic Hashers a place in the Mismanagement.

Below are duties of the current Mismanagement;

GRAND MASTER (GM) Bumfluff

- Coordinate Hashing

- Convene & schedule all committee meetings and runs

- Set agenda for committee meetings 

RELIGIOUS ADVISOR (RA) Dog

- Lead Hashers in weekly, anniversary & out-of-town run down-downs

- Serve as Acting GM when GM is not available

ASSISTANT RA (ARA) Hangloose

- Lead Hashers in weekly, anniversary & out-of-town run down-downs when RA is not available

- Serve as Acting GM when GM & RA are not available

HARELINE & SOC SEC. Red Hot

- Coordinate the dates, hares and venues of Monday hashes

- Ensure that venues for Monday runs are scheduled in time

- Send the weekly information about the hash e-line

- Encourage Hashers to plan and sponsor Monday & weekend runs throughout the year. 

- Manage information on weekend activities

- Create cohesiveness

TRAIL MASTER Bumfluff/Dik Dik

- Provide guidance to the Hares on rules of setting the run

- Ensure that there are sweepers for each run

- Maintains a Hare database

- Initiate a Hare Appreciation monthly programme

RECORDER Nuisance

- Register runners & collect money for each Monday run

- Get list of 'virgins' and 'visitors' for RA

- Liaise with hares to hand over food money

- Liaise with Kitty Keeper to handed over hash contributions for immediate bank deposit

- Ensure that 'virgins' are incorporated into the Hasher list

- Maintain accurate master registration list for all Hashers

- Liaise with Haberdash when hashers are are about to pass 50, 100, 150, ...etc...run 

ASSISTANT RECORDER Glossy

- Assist Recorder at registration

- Serve as Recorder when Recorder is not available

KITTY KEEPER Sandy Crack

- Bank all money collected from the runs

- Prepare annual financial report that reflect revenue and expenditures of the Hash.

- Smoothen transition process of financial documents from one committee to the next

- Account for all Hash accounts and disbursing of funds to various committee members

BEERMEISTER Munchy Munchy

- Serve as beer master during down-downs

HABERDASH Hangloose & Waxed Pussy

- Order Hash items for sale

- Order anniversary shirts & mugs

- Forward all receipts & money for Kitty Keeper for banking

- Maintain & provide a monthly inventory report of stocks

- Submit advance funds requests to Kitty Keeper for ordering items

- Account for money forwarded to Kitty Keeper for ordering items

- Market Hash items

- Periodically liaise with Recorder to develop a list of names of Hashers to receive anniversary gifts

E-observer Buggered Balls

- Ready at any moment to reply to email requests concerning hash

Some unfilled positions:

SCRIBE

- Prepare & distribute The Trash on a weekly basis

- Ensure (with the guidance of the Trail Masters) that venues for Monday runs are identified and reported in a timely manner

- Organize printing of the Annual Report

- Confirm that TBAs appear no less than three runs from the current run

- Ensure that there are no last-minute venue changes by the Hares

 ON SEC

- Liaise with other Hashes in the world and inform NHHH

- Highlight important international events for NHHH

- Liaise with Social Sec to coordinate international runs

FLASH & HORN

- Guides Hashers on the route by blowing the horn.

- Assists RA in assigning Hash Shit to a Hasher at every run.
