Hope you are all well.
Sorry to hear about the troubles that Kenya continues to face.
Such a beautiful country.  Such wonderful people.

Wish all of you were here with me.
It is a bit cold but very, very safe.
I would love to have you Hash in Newfoundland.

Running here is a little different than in Nairobi.
And these months it is mixed with snow shoeing and downhill skiing.
Cross training usually involves a shovel, a lot of snow and the
driveway by my house. 

I am not very religious but I will admit to praying for all of you.
