Monday's run number 414 on 26th November will be in traditional Newfoundland/Canada style and hence full of rugged Canadian Flavour.....

The run will be hosted by our visiting friends Ann Chafe and Bas (virgins no more). We will be running from her place in Kilimani off Lenana road. Parking will be on compound - be nice to the guards.  Pool is available after for anyone who cares to dare. Swim suit not necessary - nudity is encouraged!

DIRECTIONS:

From town get to Yaya Centre and afew metres past it turn RIGHT into Wood Avenue then right again into Lenana road. Ignore the first turn left and take the second turn LEFT into a dirt road named Turbo road. (Turbo road is opposite South Africa High Commission on the right. ) If  you reach the Nigerian High Commission on the left then you have gone too far. Hare's hole is  the apartments on the right named Natural Oak.

We might run through Arboretum, we haven't done that route in a while - don't miss!
