HALLOWEEN IS HERE AGAIN!!

Next week's run number 410 on the 29th will be hosted by Finn, Chris & Isabelle. Many of you may know them as Sandy Crack's boys.

This will be a Halloween run so expect witches and pumkins. Fancy dressing is also a must!! Yes, I know many of you think it is hard to run with a costume on but what the *%@# again, the hash is not a running club!!

I also got inside information that the run will be full of surprises so come with a Halloween mood!!

DIRECTIONS:

From Westlands: Take Lower Kabete Rd, go right onto Peponi Rd. and follow
until Mobil petrol station turns up on the left. Immediately after Mobil turn left onto Spring Valley Rd.

Pass through chain barrier (when chain is lowered..) go over three speed
bumps and find Bendera Lane on the right a little over halfway down Spring
Valley Rd. Make a right onto Bendera Lane, go down the hill. The road will
bear to the left and you will continue like 100 metres on and then stop on right, you will see the marks. Look for parking.
