Dear All,

Next Monday's run at the Impala Club on Ngong Road will be hosted by the Big
Hash. It is a Memorial Run for Nairobi Hashers who are no longer with us and
a commemorative T-shirt will be issued.

I'm reliably informed that we should be there by 5.30 as registration
usually closes by 5.40 and the run will start at 5.45 sharp. I believe it
will cost Sh 100 with no food included, but am not 100% sure.

The occasion will be used to hold an election for the bid committee for the
World InterHash 2008. I'm attaching the proposed list of names that I've
been sent, all of whom come from the big Hash (my name seems to appear as a
candidate for Chairman, but I'm not in fact standing). In our discussions at
recent Mismanagement meetings, most of us felt that hosting the Africa
InterHash in 2003 was challenge enough and none of us are in fact putting
ourselves forward for committee positions. ONH3 has, however, offered to
make a donation of a promotional banner for the bid team to use at
international Hash events. If any of our members would like to stand for any
of the position in the list, please let me know a.s.a.p. and I can pass on
your details before Monday.
