Tomorrow's Run, Monday, September 25th will NOT be at GLUG GLUG'S.  Reason is she twisted her foot at the 350th in the Abedares, had it x-rayed and must have an operation to fix four broken bones!!  She's at Nairobi Hospital as I tap this out.  Needless to say, no run in Kiambu. So, please stand-by as we try to find another location.
