Monday's Run, No. 349, on September 11 will be hosted for the first time by Liya Aklilu. Bathing suits (some of you call them "costumes") are not required.
The Hash will be held in Brookside at Aspen Park Apartments. If you're coming from town, go up Waiyaki Way, past the Westlands roundabout, Sarit etc like you're heading towards Safaricom House. Soon after passing Lion's Place, make a right onto Brookside Grove (you might also see signs for Muguga Green and Lower Kabete
). Go straight down Brookside Grove and make a right on Brookside Close. Aspen Park Apartments is the compound right on the corner – gate is the first one on your left. Parking will be an issue so the guards will not let you drive in but you can probably park on Brookside Close or one of the neighbouring streets. Once in the compound, head to the pool area.
If you're coming from Lower Kabete, make a left onto Brookside Drive like you're heading towards Grevillea Grove or Brookside Gardens – then make a left onto Brookside Grove (which comes well before Grevillea) and follow it to the intersection (small, small florist at the intersection). Make a right, like you're heading towards Waiyaki and then make an immediate left onto Brookside Close (small street sign)– you'll see Aspen Park Apartments right on the corner. From Sarit take Karuna Road to School Lane like you're heading towards Waiyaki then make a left onto Brookside Close.
