The ONH3 is organizing a weekend at Kapiti Ranch on Mombasa Road at
900 Sh per person. Dats: Sat 17 - Sun 18 June (next week!!)

The venue is about one hours drive from Nairobi, if no traffic
hiccup, in the direction of Mombasa. The ranch lies 10 km past the
junction with Machakos on the right side, surrounding a low,
elongated hill. You do not need a 4-wheel drive to get there, but
you want one to do game drives.

The organizing committee will organize a long afternoon run/walk,
dinner, soft drinks and beers, possibilities for a day/night game
drives (bring spotlights/torches), hair-of-the-dog run and
breakfast. We can sleep in the old-manager's house that contains
twelve rooms of different sizes, and beds/linnen/towels for 8 people
(4 already booked). Bring your matrass & sleeping bag & towel, you
can also camp on the grass outside.

A flyer with more info and map will be distributed at Monday's hash
and emailed later.
