The league ran in 1938 and Eastbourne won an incomplete competition. Also in the
league were Rye House, Smallford, Dagenham and Romford (the latter were based at
Dagenham).

Another in that side was the South African rider Keith Harvey. Is then when the
Sunday Amateur Dirt Track League operated and not 1938?
