Somebody is confusing Arthur MANN and Arthur MALM. MANN and his Aussie namesake were early pioneer days while MALM was 1950s in Glasgow and 1961 pre-season
Hi I rather think there were two riders called Arthur Mann. One was based at Glasgow White City late 20s / early 1930s, the other was an Aussie with the same
