Even though it is the middle of winter Triathlon never seems to stop and
nor do Tri Travel. Last month saw the Tri Travel (TT) team head to Japan
and Roth with 40 keen Aussies (sprinkled in with a few Americans,
Mexicans and an Austrian) to compete in two of the best overseas events.

The Japan Ironman is continuing to grow and this year the race again
stepped up another notch. Next years tour is sure to be a highlight with
some beautiful accommodation found close to the local Golf Course. So, if
you are looking at combining a wonderful cultural experience with an
Ironman event, Japan Ironman may just be for you.

Tri Travels most experienced tour leader Marcus Altmann lead a small (but
feisty) group to Roth this year and from all reports the location of the
accommodation, the welcoming nature of the race organizers and the
postcard perfect scenery made the tour a must do for next year.

TT now turns its attention to Hamburg and Hawaii as we prepare for our
biggest trips yet. So far TT has over 120 people set to tour Kona, so if
you are planning on watching or racing at the 2007 Ironman World Triathlon
Championships in Hawaii, contact Tiffany at Tri Travel as soon as
possible.
