I suggest bringing along yen for drinks on the Sat training runs. Also, if
you plan to run the 15 miler on the 31, please let me know - the Crow's Nest
will set up an outdoor buffet if we have enough (25 or more). Otherwise we will
just be eating inside. Buffet is $5.
