All I have to say is this. the trails are built with Federal Money, ban Cyclists, lose the money. Those who have been in OBS for a while now, will remember...
I agree whole heartedly with Dave, we should all be courteous while using the trails. It is also a shame that we all have to crowd onto the trails given there...
