I just got back from visiting Trudy and, while she is still pretty
stiff and sore, she seems to be in good spirits. She did some walking
yesterday and is able to eat some. Later today she will be released
from the hospital and will be staying with her daughter in Hinton while
she recovers further. Her 7-year-old granddaughter is determined to be
her full-time nurse and her daughter is a physical therapist...what
better team could she have for a full recovery? We're all looking
forward to seeing her back on her bike and, I suspect, it will be
sooner that we might think! She's tough!
