My son is 14. I already have a 300cc engine 4 stroke and automatic
transmission). However I am very much open to your suggestion about using the
more prowerful enginer..!
I would prefer mid sized cart.

I have my own shop having CNC milling and turning Centre, all kinds of weilding
sets, stamping presses, and other mechinical workshop. I would love to have it
build at my place.  In return to your help, please feel free to ask me to
produce any component withing my workshop capability to proude. I would be happy
to do that for you!

I dont have any tryed and proven plans yet. But I would be happy to help You out
desining one of Your own.

First what kind of kart are You wanting to build? 4 wheel indepent suspenion
with rear swing arm or true 4 wheel independent, or riged chasie? How big and
how powerful? How old is Your son? that will make a differance in what You would
want to build allso.
