A properly balanced car-- meaning front to rear weight balance, will
turn very well. Shoot for a 50/50 weight distribution and make sure
the front spring rate is "softer" than the rear so when you slow down,
the weight transfers to the front. This will make it easier to
"break" the rear free and thus turn easier.
