This is a easy update,nothing new to say.Busy time of year and i am
hitting the part AGAIN where i am sick of working on the buggy.I
started building us a new master bath 1 1/2 years ago and really need
to get back to work on that for awhile.I still plan to have the R6
done this spring but i need a break for a bit.If you seen our future
master bath you would understand why i need to get going on it.Its
been rough plumbed and framed since early spring and just siting
there.
we are currently working a deal with a developer that is tring to
build a huge mall in our back yard.They have already spent over 8 mil
on property adjoining ours.They only want just less than 1/2 acre of
my property for what they want to do and the 35K they are offering is
sounding tempting.It would help us out a ton and make theses projects
much more affordable.
