Well after a couple weeks on messing around i am finnaly on line
out in the shop.I ended up bring my hard drive down to a repair shop
and they found that all the drivers had been deleated and needed
reinstalled. They reworked the whole pc and did a new installe on
everything for $80.00.So i brought the pc home and it worked fine but
still would not connect the internet.I have the shop pc connected to
a linksys router at the house,The router has lights that show when a
pc is properly connected, the house pc would show a solid light on the
router while the shop pc would have a blinking light.I called
linksys, best buys and radio shack and talked to 3 different tech guys
and they all said the blinking light was fine.B.S. Shows what they
know.My shop pc is about 175' from the router so i had made my own
patch cable,I found the problem was with one of my crimped ends that
i did,As soon as i found the problem and corrected it both lights
stayed on steady and the pc connected to the net so here i am.Now you
guys i have to deal with me much more often.I am considering hooking
up a shop build cam. What do you think?
