I would like to add my 2 cents.
I've been a Jets fan since before the Joe Namath era.
Since 1969, the Jets have been a perpetual "5 year" team. Its a 5 year
rebuilding team, with a new coach and rebuilding every 5 years. No
stability. The front office has always let them down.

Same thing now, no different, coach comes in, 5 years, great
expectations, some success, some failure, coach leaves, new coach, start
again.

Problem starts in the front office.
